These strings are just plain great. I use the Vintage Pure Nickel strings and they do sound vintage. Tone is everything and I love the way they sound. I live in Florida and that can be punishing on strings all by itself so I have tried every string out there. These Blue Magic strings are actually magical, with awesome tuning stability. I don’t have to stretch them to death when I put them on, they’re well balanced volume and tone across all the strings, feel great and the tone lasts and lasts. Even as they age, they still sound great, no weird harmonics, no little black spots on the plain strings, and they never giving up their tone in the middle of a show.
They are consistent every time, over and over, reliably. I use the acoustic strings too and they ring like a bell and last so long. I have finally found MY strings. Look close at all my guitars and you’ll see the blue ball ends on them.
