I’ve been a professional touring/recording bassist since I was 17 years old and I can honestly say that Blue Magic bass strings are hands down the best strings I have ever used! They sound better, they last longer…what else could you want?
I’ve held off on my review of your bass strings because I didn’t want to sound too gushy!!! I’ve had four or five different string endorsements and ll I can say is I am tortuous on strings. I never go more than three weeks without changing them. And even then, that last week is hell for me; I hate the dead sound! But these fucking things still sound like brand new right out of the fucking bag. The only reason I’m changing them is because I broke the d string!!! I’m stunned at the balance of clarity and punch! I get the”piano string” tone that I love EVERY time!
