What I like about Blue Magic strings: First of all durability. That’s very important to me because of the large amount of shows I play. I need reliable strings I can shred on for a few hours and not have to worry about breaking them.
Second, the tuning. After I put them onto my Gibson V I stretched them for a few minutes like I always do and played a whole first set with my DIO tribute band LADY EVIL and barely had to retune at all. Very impressive. And lastly the sound of course. They’re on the brilliant side which I like and the music I play kinda requires clear and brilliant sound. So it’s the perfect string and work material for me in my bands : LADY EVIL, DEN OF THIEVES, THE PRIEST, KICKHUNTER (new album coming soon) and BAD BOY ELROY.
